3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, designs, documentation, and proprietary technologies, remain the property of YARUNARA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or our licensors.

5.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

5.2 Client Data

You retain ownership of your data and content. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability and Support

6.1 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6.2 Technical Support

Technical support is provided during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday). Emergency support may be available for critical issues as per service agreements.

6.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YARUNARA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Access to services will be discontinued
• Data backup and transfer will be provided as per agreement terms
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
